Kenyan chairman of Mafisi sacco Shaffie Weru has defended Risper Faith after she came out to reveal that she underwent a liposuction.
Liposuction is a surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck.
According to Risper, she went through with the surgery as she was no longer feeling 'attractive' due to adding weight after giving birth to her baby.
Speaking during Mpasho Xtra that goes live every Tuesday at 8pm with Kalondu Musyimi, he said,
'WHEN ITS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOU WENT AND LOOKED FOR THAT DOCTOR YOURSELF, IT'S OK. ALSO IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO SPARE, GO FOR IT, IT DOES NOT COME CHEAP. IT'S GOOD TO BE CONFIDENT IN WHAT YOU DO, IT'S GOOD TO BE THE NARRATOR OF YOUR OWN STORY DON'T LET OTHER PEOPLE BEAT YOU TO IT. THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE WHO GO UNDER THE KNIFE AND THEN LIE TO US ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE BEEN KEEPING FIT. RISPER HAS ALWAYS BEEN CONFIDENT SINCE HER NAIROBI DIARY DAYS, SHE IS A LADY WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS.'
Adding,
'IT'S HER RIGHT. MAFUTA NI YAKO, IF IT MAKES YOU TIRED GO AND YOU HAVE CASH GO FOR IT. I GAVE UP AND COMPLAINING ABOUT PEOPLE, IF THEY CAN AFFORD LET THEM HAVE IT.'
Would you go for a liposuction?
